The design was inspired by the pizza peel used in pizzerias. However, the length and width of the handle were adjusted so that the spatula can perform a variety of tasks in the modern kitchen. For example, you can use it for flipping fried eggs, breaking up dough, as a dough scraper, or stir-frying. It's also suitable for serving a slice of cake or sandwiches.
