Will the wood change colour over time?
As a natural "living" material, timber will gracefully weather to a silver-grey patina when exposed to UV light. This is a natural characteristic of high-quality wood and does not affect the structural integrity or durability of the piece.
Does my furniture require immediate treatment?
No. Our wooden items are pre-treated to protect against the elements, though we recommend an annual light oil or wood-stain application to maintain the wood's rich aesthetic over many years.

How long does delivery take?
We operate an efficient direct-dispatch model to bring you fresh stock. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a bespoke tracking update once your order is on its way.
Will my items arrive together if I buy multiple products?
Because we curate items from both our local UK makers and international design partners across multiple warehouse hubs, if you place more than one order or purchase multiple items, they may occasionally arrive separately. Rest assured, you will receive individual tracking details for each package.
