We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. Because many of our curated items are handcrafted or finished with natural materials:

• Slight natural variations in grain, texture, and finish may occur.

• Colours may appear differently across various digital screens and devices.

• Dimensions may vary within reasonable manufacturing and artisan tolerances.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing inaccuracies. Full payment must be received and cleared before product dispatch.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or policy violations.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not absolute guarantees. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery, and ownership of the goods transfers only after full payment is received.

7. Guarantees & Warranty

Where explicitly stated, product guarantees apply strictly to manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. The following are entirely excluded from warranty coverage:

• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.

• Commercial or non-domestic use.

• Improper self-assembly or structural alteration.

• Natural wear, weathering, and standard material settling over time.

Warranty claims will require photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and potential inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the ordered items.
