The traditional Japanese art form of origami inspired German designer Robin Scholtysik to develop the ORU collection for blomus. What began with the design of a delicate and sculptural side table has developed into a complete and functional furniture collection. The ORU wall shelf system offers versatile storage options and can be perfectly adapted to your individual needs. Made from the distinctive steel sheets of the ORU series, the shelves combine robustness and lightness. They are ideal as a single shelf next to the bed or sofa, as well as an extended shelf for storing books, displaying decorative items or as a practical solution in the kitchen.
