Handmade in unlacquered brass to traditional methods from Greece, these beautiful traditional mills grind to the best specification for aroma and texture using a 3DCut system grinding mechanism.

Brass is also known for its tendency to tarnish, similar to rust, tarnish is a feature that is both loved and hated by brass lovers - some customers love the patina made by the tarnish and chose not to clean them.

Chemicals in tap water and air, as well as those found on our fingers and in food, are also corrosive. Salt, in particular, can tarnishes brass quickly so we advise to regularly clean your mills using a brass cleaner like brasso.
